Quotes and proposals
Quotes are estimates based on the details you provide and remain valid for 30 days. Final pricing is confirmed once the design, guest count and venue requirements are agreed.
Bookings
A date is reserved once a booking agreement is signed and the retainer is received. Retainers are non-refundable, as they secure your date and cover early design work.
Consultations
Consultation times booked through this website are held for you. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
Design substitutions
Florals and materials are natural products subject to seasonal availability. Where an item cannot be sourced, we substitute something of equal or greater quality in keeping with the agreed design.
Rentals and damages
Décor items remain the property of Martha Naseem Creations unless purchased. Clients are responsible for loss or damage to rented items while in their care.
